Have you ever experienced something in this world trying to pull your attention away from the Lord? It doesn’t even have to be something sinful. It could be something just plain needful, but still less important, fighting for your attention! In this episode, we share about the type of faith that fights through the crowd to touch the hem of His garment and exercise a faith that knows no human bounds. The Apostle Paul said he wouldn’t give anything a place in his life to Master over him, except Christ alone. Sometimes it takes us pushing past the things that don’t last to the things that are Everlasting to truly lay hold on ETERNAL Life. It can be difficult and pressing, but the victory and reward of this type of faith are sure to come.
1 Corinthians 6:12
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
1 Timothy 6:11-12
But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

In this episode we share about laying down our burdens and our cares, trading them in for the joy of the Lord. It sounds so simple, but more and more this world is tugging people away from the steadfast confidence in the Lord. Hope and joy go hand in hand together. If we hope in the Lord, we can have joy in the most turbulent times. Don’t let the enemy steal your hope or your joy.
“My hope is built on nothing less,
Than Jesus blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus Name.
On Christ the solid Rock I stand.
All other ground is sinking sand…
All other ground is sinking sand.”
Psalms 42:11
“Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.”
Romans 15:13
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

When things look impossible, that’s when He works to bring about His purposes and plans. When it all looks darkest, we need to be reminded that God is still on the throne and He is still working. He sees the full truth of every situation. Nothing is too difficult for Him. January 6th, 2021 was a very dark day in American history, and as believers, we have a mandate. We are called to be a light in this darkness, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to be looking to the Lord, the King on the throne. One Day, He will be draining the ultimate swamp of sin and all evil from every corner of the earth.
It’s like the old hymn says…
“Got any rivers, you think are uncrossable?
Got any mountains you cannot tunnel through?
God specializes in things thought impossible
And He can do what no other power can do….”

Many of us are looking for deliverance from 2020 and praying for a better year in 2021.
With the enemy’s plans on the prowl, the world’s great reset being laid forth, and talks of a global currency by 2025…
We are looking and earnestly hoping for a brighter day.
When will we have what we are longing for?
Do we have glimpses of hope only to end in disappointments because our hope was misplaced in the things of this world and not in eternity?
Galatians 1:3-5
Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
As believers, we are longing for the Great Escape, when the Lord will ultimately deliver us from this world and all of its chaos.
‘Hold on…Help is on the way…. He said He’d never leave you or forsake you. Stay strong. Help is on the way.
He said He’d help you. Just reach out and take His Hand…’

The history of Hanukkah is so rich and full, and throughout the scriptures we see what the temple menorah was like and how it was to be constructed. This episode shares some beautiful insights about the menorah and the symbolism of it. Jesus/Yeshua also celebrated Hanukkah and it is spoken of in the book of John, so we too can commemorate this amazing miracle that happened where one day of oil stayed burning for 8 days. There are many miracles God has done through the years to preserve the line of the Messiah. Hanukkah is one of those miracles. It is called the Feast of Dedication because Hanukkah means Dedication in Hebrew. Come and listen to some of the beautiful parallels we can attribute to our lives from the symbolism of Hanukkah.
Exodus 25:31, 37
“You shall also make a lampstand of pure gold; the lampstand shall be of hammered work. Its shaft, its branches, its bowls, its ornamental knobs, and flowers shall be of one piece.
You shall make seven lamps for it, and they shall arrange its lamps so that they give light in front of it.
John 10:22-23
Now it was the Feast of Dedication in Jerusalem, and it was winter.
And Jesus walked in the temple, in Solomon’s porch.
